Swimming is the easiest sport. I like it because you don’t sweat.
Swimming is the easiest sport because all you have to do is dive in, and swim the amount required and get out.
while you are in a swim meet, you need to wear you team suit and cap. No jewelry allowed, or you can get Disqualified. Disqualified means that the judges act as if you were not even in that race, even if you won first place. Swimming may be the easiest sport, but it’s not the nicest. If you are doing a Fifty freestyle race, and you are coming to the shallow end, you can do something called a FLIPTURN. A flip turn is when you do a underwater somersault, and push off the wall. It saves time in a race. After you push off the wall, put your arms in a streamline. After you run out of breath, start swimming!

Backstroke starts: after the beep, dive backwards into the water, but stay near to the surface, kicking dolphin kick. Dolphin kick is when you lock your legs together and rock your body back and forth quickly. STREAMLINE!!!! Then, swim!

A streamline is when you put your hands over your head. and put your palms together.

Freestyle starts: after the beep, dive off the block, shallowishly, and swim.

Breaststroke, and butterfly: Same as freestyle.
Butterfly is dolphin kick with going over your head.
After you race a race, you get a time. That tells how long it took you to race that race.
