This is so anti me to have a cooking show here on the site, but hey! It’s a post! And it’s a project I’ve been working on, at least tangentially. My wonderful cousin Deie suggested Yanni do her own cooking show, and we were like, cool. Yanni undertook the whole enterprise shortly after our trip to the orchard. On a Sunday night, no less, in the trenches of actually trying to prepare dessert, she decided to document her work.

Since the whole show is enough to choke a computer, I’ll give it to you in little bites. The first bite? Apples.
